All partner institutions have wide experience of hosting foreign students/scholars. High level support and assistance will provide the best possible learning environment and accommodation arrangements.

At all partners, a bilingual (including English) pedagogical secretary helps EPOG students, scholars and families in relation to the challenge of mobility and the course support. Students are helped with the various university services (international relations, campus life, etc.) and with external institutions (e.g. visas, banks, insurance…). Information about all practical aspects of daily life (transport, external medical care, telecoms issues, etc.) are also provided. An induction process is organised at each partner institution.

Finally, the consortium coordinator organises insurance cover for students enrolled in the 2‑year programme (Erasmus Mundus), when relevant.
